【摘要】 冰雪运动人才的培养与储备是推动冰雪产业高质量发展的基础与保障，而产教融合则是培养高端复合型冰雪运动人才的重要途径。该研究运用文献分析与案例研究方法，选取德国“双元制”教育模式、美国“社区学院”及澳大利亚TAFE学院3个典型案例，对其核心特征进行了梳理与分析。研究结果表明，国外发达国家在产教融合的人才培养方面，主要呈现明确个性化人才培养目标、各参与主体深度融合、校企共生培养模式以及支持环境全面优化等特征。建议从明确校企高端复合型冰雪运动人才培养目标、完善产教融合人才培养管理体系、构建产教融合人才培养共同体模式，以及通过规范制度优化融合环境等方面，提升冰雪运动人才产教融合培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultivation and reserve of talents in ice and snow sports are the foundation and guarantee for promoting the high-quality development of the ice and snow industry, while the integration of production and education is an important way to cultivate high-end compound talents in ice and snow sports. This study used the method of literature analysis and case study to select three typical cases: the German "dual system" education model, the "community college" in the United States, and the TAFE college in Australia, to sort out and analyze their core features. The study results show that developed countries abroad mainly exhibit characteristics in talent cultivation through deep industryeducation integration, such as clear personalized talent cultivation goals, deep integration of various participating entities,the symbiosis training model of school-enterprise, and comprehensive optimization of support environment. It is recommended to improve the quality of ice and snow sports talent cultivation by clarifying the training goals of highend compound talents in ice and snow sports through school-enterprise cooperation, improving the talent cultivation management system integrating production and education, constructing a community model for industry educationintegration talent cultivation, and optimizing the integration environment through standardized systems.更多还原
