10Mn型中锰钢热变形行为及其热加工图
Hot Deformation Behavior and Hot Processing Map for 10Mn Medium Manganese Steel
【摘要】 在Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机上压缩尺寸为?8 mm×12 mm的10Mn型中锰钢圆柱,改变压缩的变形条件,在变形温度为850~1150℃、应变速率为0.1~30 s-1的条件下进行正交的压缩量为60%的热压缩试验,研究10Mn型中锰钢的热变形行为。根据得到的流变应力曲线,按照Arrhenius模型,分析不同应变条件下流变应力与Zener-Hollomon参数之间的关系,并计算得出10Mn型中锰钢的变形激活能Q及参数A、n、α的值。对不同应变条件下的参数进行多项式拟合,得到它们的应变补偿公式,建立代入应变补偿的本构方程。根据动态材料模型,计算10Mn型中锰钢的应变速率敏感指数、耗散率因子和失稳判据并绘制热加工图。对建立的本构模型进行验证,确定建立的本构方程在设定的变形条件范围内有较高的准确度。根据热加工图结果,确定变形条件为1070~1150℃和1~10 s-1,以及变形条件为1000~1150℃和10~30 s-1的区域是10Mn型中锰钢较好的热加工区域。
【Abstract】 The 10Mn medium manganese steel cylinder, with a compressed size of ?8 mm×12 mm, was used to carry out the thermal compression test on the Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation test machine, with modified deformation conditions of compression, at the deforming temperature of 850~1150℃, with the orthogonal compression of 60% at a strain rate of 0.1~30 s-1, so as to study the thermal deformation behavior of 10Mn medium manganese steel. According to the obtained flow stress curve and Arrhenius model, the relationship between flow stress and Zener-Hollomon parameters under different strain conditions was analyzed, and the deformation activation energy Q and parameters A, n and α of 10Mn medium manganese steel were calculated. The parameters under different strain conditions were fitted by a polynomial, their strain compensation formulas were obtained, and the constitutive equation of strain compensation was established. Based on the dynamic material model, the strain rate sensitivity index, dissipation factor and instability criterion of 10Mn medium manganese steel were calculated and the hot processing map was prepared. The established constitutive model was verified, and the high degree of accuracy of the constitutive equation established was confirmed within the range of setting deformation conditions. According to the results of the hot processing map, it is determined that the areas under the deformation conditions of 1070~1150℃ and 1~10 s-1, and the deformation conditions of 1000~1150℃ and 10~30 s-1 are the best hot processing areas of 10Mn medium manganese steel.
