【摘要】 结合美国产业、科技以及教育政策的发展变化，梳理了德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校20世纪以来在学科交叉方面的发展模式演变情况，比较分析了该校在协同创新、科教融合以及融合研究等学科发展模式下，促进学科交叉的理念、制度、组织、做法以及成效，总结了当前阶段该校在学科交叉发展路径上的主要做法，重点提炼了德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校在规划学科发展方向、融入科技都市发展以及完善学科交叉评价机制方面的典型经验。结合我国高水平行业特色型大学学科发展面临的新形势，提出了促进其学科交叉融合的相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of evolving U.S.industrial,technological,and educational policies,this paper examines the evolution of interdisciplinary development models at the University of Texas at Austin since the 20^th century.Through comparative analysis,it investigates the university’s approaches to fostering interdisciplinary collaboration under various frameworks including collaborative innovation,research-education integration,and convergence research.It systematically analyzes the university’s conceptual paradigms,institutional mechanisms,organizational structures,implementation strategies,and outcomes in promoting interdisciplinary studies. This paper summarizes the university’s current interdisciplinary development approaches,highlighting exemplary practices in the three aspects—strategic disciplinary planning,integration with Austin’s technology innovation ecosystem,and refinement of interdisciplinary evaluation mechanism.In light of new challenges facing disciplinary development at China’s high-level industry-specific universities,it proposes targeted recommendations to facilitate interdisciplinary integration.更多还原
