多通道板式换热器中两相流不均匀分布的数值研究

【摘要】 板式换热器存在流量分布不均问题,制约换热器性能提升。目前缺乏高效准确的仿真模型,为解决这一问题,本文引入多孔介质模型模拟流量分布,并分析了各参数对板式换热器分流特性的影响。研究结果表明,减小板片宽度、增大板片长度和减少通道数量均能有效改善分流效果;同时,减小分配器孔距也能提高分流均匀性。当孔距从23.12 mm缩小至11.56 mm时,分配不均匀系数降低了8.7%。

【Abstract】 The uneven flow distribution in plate heat exchangers restricts their performance enhancement. Currently, there is a lack of efficient and accurate simulation models to address this issue. The porous media model was introduced to simulate the flow distribution, and the effects of various parameters on the distribution characteristics of the plate heat exchanger were analyzed. The results show that reducing the plate width, increasing the plate length, and decreasing the number of channels can effectively improve the flow distribution. Additionally, reducing the distributor hole spacing can also enhance the flow uniformity. When the hole spacing is reduced from 23.12 mm to 11.56 mm, the flow distribution unevenness coefficient decreases by 8.7%.
