传导冷却三维矢量超导磁体设计分析
Design and analysis of conductive-cooling 3D vector superconducting magnet
【摘要】 本文提出了一种传导冷却型三维矢量超导磁体结构。依据电磁设计中获取的电磁特性,进行了矢量磁体的机械结构设计,并对其力学性能进行了分析。最后通过实验测试,磁体在单轴励磁(3 T-1.5 T-1.5 T)及三轴扫场(1.5 T-1.5 T-1.5 T)的工作条件下均能稳定运行。测得Z、Y、X三个方向的磁场均匀度分别为0.068 84%、0.604 6%和0.684 9%,均满足设计要求。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a conduction-cooled superconducting vector magnet structure was proposed, and the mechanical structure design and mechanical properties of the vector magnet were analysed based on the electromagnetic properties of the electromagnetic structure design.Through experimental tests, the magnet is able to operate stably during uniaxial excitation up to 3 T-1.5 T-1.5 T and triaxial sweeping up to 1.5 T-1.5 T-1.5 T.The Z-Y-X uniaxial uniformity reaches 0.068 84%, 0.604 6% and 0.684 9%, which meets the design requirements.
