笼目超导体BaPb3拓扑能带的德哈斯-范阿尔芬振荡研究
De Haas-van Alphen Oscillations of Topological Bands in Kagome Superconductor BaPb3
【摘要】 由于在能源和量子计算等领域的巨大应用潜力,新型超导材料及其物理性质的探索是凝聚态物理研究的长期热点之一.近期,笼目超导体中的新颖物态的发现,使得具有笼目结构的超导体成为人们关注焦点.本文中我们研究了具有笼目结构的超导体BaPb3.通过德哈斯-范阿尔芬振荡的研究和分析,揭示了BaPb3中存在两个拓扑非平庸的能带,其载流子有效质量低至~0.2m0.以上性质使得BaPb3具有成为拓扑超导体的潜力,其拓扑超导物性有待更多的实验手段进行研究和证实.我们的研究结果为发现和探索更多的拓扑超导体提供了实验证据和研究思路.
【Abstract】 Due to the enormous application potential in fields of energy and quantum computing,the exploration of new superconductors and their physical properties has been one of the long-standing hotspots in condensed matter physics research.Recently,the discovery of novel states of matter in Kagome superconductors has made them the frontier of research.In this paper,we investigated BaPb3,a superconductor with Kagome lattice.Through the study and analysis of de Haas-van Alphen oscillations,it is revealed that there are two topologically non-trivial bands in BaPb3,with carrier effective masses as low as ~0.2 m0.These topological features of electronic bands make BaPb3 a potential topological superconductor.Our research results provide experimental evidences and pathway for exploring more topological superconductors and understanding the mechanisms.
