基于力敏传感器的液体浓度测量及装置设计
Design of Liquid Concentration Measuring Device Based on Force Sensor
【摘要】 基于高精度的力敏传感器和STM32主控芯片,通过建立溶液“浓度-密度-浮力”的对应关系,利用力敏传感器对浮力的变化进行精确测量,设计了一种液体浓度测量装置。装置设计完成后,使用该装置分别对氯化钠溶液、碳酸钠溶液、硫酸铜溶液、乙醇溶液进行了浓度测量,测量结果与实际浓度的偏差普遍在0.3%以下,表明该装置具有较高的测量精度。
【Abstract】 Based on high-precision force-sensitive sensors and STM32 microcontrollers, this study established a corresponding relationship between "the concentration, density, and buoyancy" of solutions.The changes in buoyancy were accurately measured by using force-sensitive sensors, and a liquid concentration measurement device was developed.After completing the design of the device, it was used to measure the concentration of sodium chloride, sodium carbonate, copper sulfate, and alcohol solutions, and the measurement results showed a deviation from the actual concentration of generally less than 0.3%,indicating a high measurement accuracy of the device.
