【摘要】 中华优秀传统文化蕴含着丰富的教育思想、道德观念和价值取向，是教育家精神的重要源泉，在教育家精神引领下，将中华优秀传统文化融入高校师范生师德教育，为培养师范生的职业道德和教育情怀提供了新的思路和方法。当前，将中华优秀传统文化融入师范生师德教育中，存在着表层化困境、课程体系不完善、隐性课程建设不足以及时代适应性欠缺等现实问题。构建“三位一体”的课程体系，破解显性课程知行脱节困境；营造浸润式学校文化，弥补隐性课程建设短板；深化数智技术赋能，推动师德教育生态转型，以上这些举措创新了师范生师德教育的范式，为提高师范生师德教育质量进行了有益探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 The excellent traditional Chinese culture is rich in educational philosophies, moral concepts,and value orientations, serving as an important source of the educators spirit. Guided by this spirit, integrating excellent traditional Chinese culture into the teacher ethics education provides new ideas and methods for cultivating the professional ethics and educational commitment of normal students. At present, however, there are several practical issues in this integration, including superficial difficulties, underdeveloped curricular systems, insufficient development of implicit curricula, and a lack of adaptability to contemporary needs. To address these challenges, a “trinity” curriculum system can be constructed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in explicit curricula. Additionally, an immersive school culture can be fostered to strengthen the implicit curriculum, while the empowerment of digital and intelligent technologies can be deepened to promote the transformation of the teacher ethics education ecosystem. These initiatives innovate the paradigm of teacher ethics education for normal students and represent meaningful explorations in enhancing its overall quality.更多还原
