阿里冻土区冻土铣削过程和机理分析
ANALYSIS OF THE PERMAFROST MILLING PROCESS AND MECHANISMS IN THE ALI PERMAFROST REGION
【摘要】 针对阿里冻土区特殊地质条件下冻土铣削破碎效率低、机理不明的问题,文中通过综合运用有限元仿真与冻土铣削试验方法开展研究。构建了考虑与转动轴正交的两个方向、转动方向的振动特性及转动惯量影响的冻土三维动态铣削有限元模型,根据有限元仿真结果并结合冻土铣削试验,分析冻土铣削破碎过程和机理。研究结论可为阿里冻土区及类似寒区环境下铣削机械设备的初步设计、参数优化及施工工艺改进,提供理论依据与技术参考。
【Abstract】 To address the low efficiency and unclear mechanisms of permafrost milling under the unique geological conditions of the Ali permafrost region, this study combines finite element simulation with permafrost milling experiments. A three-dimensional dynamic finite element model of permafrost milling was developed, accounting for vibration characteristics along two directions orthogonal to the rotation axis, the rotational direction, and the effects of rotational inertia. Based on the simulation results and experimental observations, the study analyzes the permafrost crushing process and underlying mechanisms during milling. The findings provide theoretical guidance and technical reference for the preliminary design, parameter optimization, and process improvement of milling equipment in the Ali permafrost region and similar cold-region environments.
