办公楼能耗影响因素的灰色关联分析
GREY RELATIONAL ANALYSIS OF INFLUENCING FACTORS ON OFFICE BUILDING ENERGY CONSUMPTION
【摘要】 不同气候区影响办公楼建筑能耗的因素有很多,文中以夏热冬冷地区的典型城市西安市为例,引入灰色关联分析(Grey Relation Analysis)对西安市办公楼建筑能耗影响因素统计数据进行分析。结果表明建筑物理参数与设备系统特性影响权重占比较大,使用行为模式与微气候环境占比较小。同时,研究结合对西安市某办公楼的能耗和环境现状调研,从设备选用和运行管理等方面提出节能措施建议。研究结果可为西北地区办公建筑节能、既有建筑节能改造和智慧运维提供参考依据。
【Abstract】 Multiple factors influence office building energy consumption across different climate zones. Taking Xi an—a representative city in the hot summer and cold winter zone-as the case, this paper applies Grey Relation Analysis(GRA) to statistically analyze the factors affecting office building energy consumption. The results indicate that building physical parameters and equipment system characteristics contribute the most to energy consumption, while user behavior patterns and microclimatic conditions have relatively minor impacts. Additionally, based on an investigation of energy use and environmental conditions in a specific office building in Xi an, energy-saving strategies are proposed from the perspectives of equipment selection and operational management. The findings of this study provide a reference for energy-saving practices in office buildings in Northwest China and offer guidance for the energy-efficient retrofitting and smart operation of existing buildings.
