【摘要】 以培养一流人才、创建适应新时代要求的一流本科课程为目标，将“标杆管理”方法应用于电子技术课程群建设，在教学理念、立德树人、教学内容、教学方式、教学资源及教学考核等方面树立“六位一体”的教学标杆，实现教学理念引领与一流课程建设的良性互动，以及教学模式转型与育人能力提升的融合发展。实践结果表明，该方法有利于完善以质量为导向的课程建设激励机制，对推进教学改革创新、提升教师教学能力具有积极的引导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Guided by the goal of cultivating top-tier talent and developing first-class undergraduate courses that meet the demands of the new era, the theory and methodology of benchmarking management are applied to the construction of an Electronic Technology course cluster. By establishing a "Six-in-One" teaching benchmark encompassing teaching philosophy, moral education, content, methods, resources and assessment, a virtuous cycle between the guidance of teaching philosophies and the development of first-class courses is realized, while achieving integrated progress in the transformation of instructional models and the enhancement of educational capabilities. Practical results demonstrate that this approach enhances a quality-oriented incentive mechanism for curriculum development, while actively guiding the advancement of teaching innovation and the improvement of faculty instructional capabilities.更多还原
