【摘要】 以西北工业大学“电工学”国家级教学团队讲授的系列课程为例，依托国家级一流课程，以非电类学生创新与实践能力培养为目标，对全方位的混合式教学模式改革进行了研究。将理论、实践、大创、竞赛、专利、论文等理论与实践教学环节有机融合，探索“以学生为中心，以成果产出为导向”的多维度人才培养新模式。实践表明，该模式解决了专业基础课培养学生创新能力与成果产出困难的问题，为新工科建设提供一种新的人才培养模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the series of courses taught by the national teaching team of Electrical Engineering as an example, based on the first-class course, aiming to cultivate the innovation and practical ability of non electrical students in the field of electrical engineering, a comprehensive mixed teaching mode reform is studied, which organically integrates theory and practical teaching links such as practice, innovation, competition, patents, and papers. It explores a new multi-dimensional talent cultivation mode that is student-centered and results oriented, and effective implementation methods are proposed. Practice has shown that this model solves the problem of difficulty in cultivating students’ innovative ability and output results in professional basic courses, providing a new talent cultivation mode for the construction of new engineering disciplines.更多还原
