基于虚拟仪器技术的轨边声学检测系统实验平台设计
Design of Trackside Acoustic Detection System Experimental Platform Based on Virtual Instruments
【摘要】 当高速列车经过轨边声学检测系统时,列车轴承声源和传声器之间存在相对运动,使得采集到的信号与实际的声源信号之间存在一定差异,导致声学检测技术在信号的处理上存在多方面的技术难点。针对现有轨边声学检测系统难以在现场进行连续分析与调试,基于现有轨边声学检测系统,搭建轨边声学检测实验台。该平台可模拟列车轴承低速、加载工况下的运动声学信号,并对声学信号采集、存储与分析,通过静态与动态实验对比分析,结果表明轨边声学检测实验平台结构设计合理、系统可靠,可以应用于轨边声学检测实验。
【Abstract】 When a high-speed train passes the trackside acoustic detection system, there is a certain distance between the train bearing sound source and the microphone, which makes the collected signal and the actual sound source signal have certain differences. This leads to many technical difficulties in signal processing of acoustic detection technology. The existing trackside acoustic detection system is difficult to carry out continuous analysis and debugging on site.Therefore, based on the existing trackside acoustic detection system, this paper built a trackside acoustic detection experimental platform. The platform can simulate the movement of the train bearing acoustic signals under low-speed loading conditions, and the acoustic signal acquisition,storage and analysis. Through static and dynamic experimental comparative analysis, the results show that the structural design of the trackside acoustic detection experimental platform is reasonable. The system is reliable, which can be applied to trackside acoustic detection experiments.
