立式喷射旋流塔板性能研究

【摘要】 以垂直筛板为原型,通过优化气液接触与分离过程,研发了一种立式喷射旋流塔板(VJST).为探究其流体力学性能,采用单变量实验方法,系统研究了阀孔动能因子(F因子)、底座进气口结构及叶片仰角对塔板压降和液相提升量的影响规律.实验结果表明,VJST的液相提升量与F因子呈非单调关系,随F因子增大先上升后下降;增大叶片仰角可显著增强液相提升能力,而底座进气口因与气相流动存在耦合效应,其对液相提升量的影响表现为非线性特征.在测试工况下,该塔板的最大操作弹性达到5.2,展现出优异的工业应用潜力.

【Abstract】 Based on the prototype of a vertical sieve plate, a vertical jet swirl tray(VJST) is developed by optimizing the gas-liquid contact and separation process. To investigate its hydrodynamic performance, a single-variable experimental method is adopted to systematically study the effects of the valve orifice kinetic factor(F-factor), base inlet structure and blade elevation angle on tray pressure drop and liquid phase lifting capacity. The experimental results show that the liquid phase lifting capacity of the VJST exhibits a non-monotonic relationship with the F-factor, initially increasing and then decreasing as the F-factor rises. Increasing the blade elevation angle significantly enhances liquid phase lifting capability, while the base inlet, due to its coupling effect with gas phase flow, influences liquid phase lifting capability in a nonlinear characteristics. Under tested operating conditions, the maximum operational flexibility of the tray reaches 5.2, demonstrating excellent potential for industrial applications.
