样品粒度对陆相页岩含油性评价的影响及其校正——以沧东凹陷孔二段页岩为例

【摘要】 在页岩油勘探开发过程中,准确评估页岩含油性对于识别甜点层段和计算资源储量至关重要。然而,页岩油轻质组分易在分析测试时的样品前处理环节中挥发,导致评估结果普遍偏低。文中采用热蒸发气相色谱法,探索渤海湾盆地沧东凹陷孔二段页岩样品在粉碎至不同粒度时各种烃类组分的散失规律,提出轻烃恢复方案,为页岩油的准确地质评价提供新的技术思路和解决方案。结果表明:随着页岩样品粒度的减小,主峰碳前的正构烷烃及其他热蒸发烃含量降低,而主峰碳后各烃类含量的变化不明显;基于独特的微型密闭玻璃管热模拟系统实验数据的分布特征,主峰碳前的正构烷烃含量、热蒸发烃总量与样品粒径的关系,均可用单调递增且具有极大值的多项式进行拟合;对于GD12和GD14井样品,计算所得的热蒸发烃总量最大恢复系数分别为1.68,1.75,平均粒径0.10 mm粉末页岩样品的实测含油量分别为1.26,2.05 mg/g,恢复含油量分别为0.27,0.51 mg/g,恢复含油量分别占总含油量的17%,20%。因此,在含油性评价时,对于不同类型的页岩样品,开展有针对性的轻烃恢复是非常必要的。

【Abstract】 During shale oil exploration and development, accurate assessment of shale oil content is critical to identifying sweet spots and calculating resource. However, the light components of shale oil are prone to volatilization in the sample pretreatment process during analysis and testing, resulting in generally low evaluation results. In this paper, the thermal evaporation gas chromatography research method was adopted to explore the loss laws of various hydrocarbon components of the shale in Kong 2 Member of Cangdong Sag in Bohai Bay Basin when crushed to different particle sizes. A light hydrocarbon recovery scheme was proposed, providing new technical ideas and solutions for the accurate geological evaluation of shale oil. The results show that with the decrease of shale core particle size, the content of normal alkanes and total amount of heat evaporated hydrocarbon before the main peak carbon decreases, while the content of hydrocarbons after the main peak carbon does not change obviously with the decrease of particle size. Based on the experimental data distribution characteristics of the unique micro-closed glass tube thermal simulation system, the relationship between the normal paraffin alkanes content before the main peak carbon, the total amount of thermally evaporated hydrocarbons and the sample particle size can be fitted by monotonically increasing polynomials with maximum values. For the samples from Well GD12 and GD14, the maximum recovery coefficients of the total amount of thermally evaporated hydrocarbons calculated were 1.68 and 1.75 respectively. The measured oil contents of the powder samples with an average particle size of 0.10 mm were 1.26 and 2.05 mg/g respectively, and the recovered oil contents were 0.27 and 0.51 mg/g respectively. The proportion of recovered oil content to the total oil content is as high as 17% and 20% respectively. Therefore, when evaluating the oil content, it is very necessary to carry out targeted light hydrocarbon recovery for different types of shale samples.
