多层板全丝供液电火花线切割加工研究
Research on WEDM of Multilayer Boards Using Whole-wire Liquid Supply
【摘要】 为解决多层板叠加切割时极间供液不足问题,并进一步提高工件切割速度和降低电极丝损耗,提出采用全丝供液进行多层板间隔叠加电火花线切割加工的新方法。实验表明,采用全丝供液较常规供液加工的切割速度提高23.97%,电极丝损耗降低37.50%。分析认为,全丝供液可在放电全过程实现同向供液加工,解决了常规供液加工时逆向供液所导致的板(层)间供液不足的问题,提升了极间工作液的供给,增强了排屑能力,扩大了放电间隙,改善了极间放电条件,从而提高了火花放电率和加工稳定性。
【Abstract】 A new method of using whole-wire liquid supply and interval stacking of multiply wood was proposed to address insufficient liquid supply between poles in multi-layer plate superposition cutting,improve the workpiece cutting speed and reduce the electrode wire loss. Under the same processing conditions,the cutting speed using whole-wire supply was increased by 23.97% and the electrode wire loss using whole silk supply was reduced by 37.50%. Research indicates that the same direction liquid supply processing through whole-wire supply was achieved in the entire process of spark discharge and the insufficient liquid supply between layers by reverse fluid supply through conventional liquid supply was solved. The supply of working fluid between the electrodes was increased,the chip removal capacity was enhanced,the discharge gap was enlarged,the inter-electrode discharge conditions was improved and the spark discharge rate and the processing stability were increased through whole-wire supply.
