电火花修整航发叶片边缘的补偿精度分析

【摘要】 在电火花包络加工航空发动机叶片边缘的过程中,需考虑电极损耗对加工精度的影响。为此分别使用有损耗补偿和无损耗补偿的曲面电极对航发叶片边缘进行电火花修整加工。对包络加工后的叶缘曲面进行拟合,并计算理论叶缘曲面上各点到加工后表面的法向距离。实验结果显示,有电极损耗补偿的叶缘修整加工误差为-24.10~47.63μm。与无电极损耗补偿的加工相比,最大加工误差从162.33μm下降到47.63μm,整体误差分布也有明显降低且更为均匀。通过对比分析叶缘曲面的包络加工效果,验证了补偿方案的有效性。对于补偿精度的影响因素分析,将为后续方案的优化提供依据。

【Abstract】 In the process of trimming aero-engine blade edge using EDM,it is necessary to consider the influence of electrode wear on machining accuracy. To study the effect of electrode wear compensation on the machining accuracy,the curved electrodes with/without electrode wear compensation are used to trim the blade edges. The normal distance from each point on the theoretical blade edge surface to the machined surface is calculated and compared. Experimental results indicate that the machining errors ranged from 162.33 μm to 47.63 μm decrease to the range of-24.10 μm to47.63 μm,which proves the valid of the electrode wear compensation proposed in this paper. Other factors of influence on the machining accuracy such as variation of electrode wear ratio,workpiece measurement of blade are also analyzed as well.
