基于运筹优化技术的设施规划课程改革

【摘要】 针对设施规划课程教学存在的问题,应用运筹优化技术革新传统的教学内容和方法。以成组布置原则的制造单元构建方法为例,介绍设施布置问题的运筹优化模型的建模方法及相关的教学方法。从全局优化的视角解决设施规划问题,针对设施规划课程各类典型管理优化问题建立运筹优化模型,并结合行业实际应用开发系列教学案例与上机实验素材。通过让学生体验包括构建模型、编程调试等等多个环节的运用运筹优化技术高效解决设施规划问题的工程实践全过程,培养学生构建运筹优化模型、应用运筹优化软件求解最优解决方案的综合能力。突出运筹优化技术与设施规划课程的深度融合,结合系列案例或项目增强学生解决设施规划工程问题的体验。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems existing in the teaching of facility planning course, we apply operational research technology to innovate the traditional teaching contents and methods. Taking manufacturing cells construction method of group layout principle as an example, we introduce the modeling method of operation research model of facility layout and related teaching methods. We solve facility planning problems from the perspective of global optimization, establish operation research optimization models for various typical management optimization problems of facility planning, and develop a series of teaching cases and computer experimental materials in combination with the actual application of the industry. By allowing students to experience the whole process of engineering practice of using operational research technology to efficiently solve facility planning problems, including model construction, programming and debugging, students can cultivate their comprehensive ability to build operational research models and apply operational research software to solve the optimal solutions. We highlight the deep integration of operational research technology and facility planning course, enhance students’ experience in solving facility planning engineering problems by using a series of cases or projects, and shorten the gap between learning and application.
