一种有源钳位功率解耦反激式微型逆变器

【摘要】 针对传统反激式微型逆变器由于使用电解电容而导致寿命短、可靠性低问题,本文提出了一种有源钳位功率解耦电路反激式微型逆变器。该逆变器通过在变压器一次侧增加一个功率解耦电路将功率二倍频脉动转移到储能电容上,降低了输入电流的低频纹波,减小了输入滤波电容的容值,同时该储能电容又可作为钳位电容,吸收了变压器的漏感能量,并实现了主开关的零电压开通。本文详细分析了该电路的工作原理及其控制策略,给出了关键参数的设计过程。搭建了一台80 W微型逆变器样机进行实验,实验结果验证了所提方案的可行性。

【Abstract】 A flyback micro-inverter with active clamp and power decoupling circuit is proposed. This circuit incorporates an auxiliary winding on the primary side of the transformer to transfer the power double-frequency pulsation to an energy storage capacitor, thereby reducing the low-frequency ripple in the input current and decreasing the capacitance of the input filter capacitor. Additionally, this energy storage capacitor serves as a clamping capacitor, absorbing the leakage inductance energy of the transformer and enabling zero-voltage switching(ZVS) of the main switch. This paper provides a detailed analysis of the circuit’s operating principle and control strategy, along with the design process for key parameters. An 80W micro-inverter prototype was built for experimentation, and the experimental results confirm the feasibility of the proposed scheme.
