【摘要】 国际中文教育是文明交流互鉴的重要抓手。本文从工具层、价值层、战略层阐述国际中文教育在文明交流互鉴中的独特作用：国际中文教育在工具层搭建语言互通之桥，助力文明交流超越文明隔阂；在价值层搭建理解互信之桥，助力文明互鉴超越文明冲突；在战略层搭建文明互鉴之桥，助力文明共存超越文明优越。同时，分析当前国际中文教育在助力文明交流互鉴中呈现的主要特征以及面临的核心挑战，进而提出相应的实现路径：夯实语言工具基础，构建文明对话通道，以语言能力消除文明交流障碍；深化文化价值共鸣，培育文明对话基因，以文化理解促进文明平等对话；强化战略协同支撑，创新文明共生机制，以全球合作支撑文明长期共生。更多还原

【Abstract】 International Chinese Education serves as a crucial instrument for exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations. This paper explores on its unique role from three dimensions: the tool level, the value level, and the strategic level. At the tool level, it builds a bridge through linguistic communication, helping civilizations transcend barriers; at the value level, it fosters mutual understanding and trust, enabling civilizations to transcend conflicts; at the strategic level, it facilitates mutual learning, promoting coexistence over civilizational superiority. Additionally, the paper analyzes the main characteristics and core challenges currently faced by International Chinese Education in advancing civilizational exchange and mutual learning. Subsequently, it proposes corresponding implementation pathways: strengthening the foundation of language as a tool to construct channels for civilizational dialogue, using language proficiency to eliminate barriers in civilizational exchanges; deepening cultural value resonance to cultivate the foundation for civilizational dialogue, fostering equal dialogue through cultural understanding; enhancing strategic collaboration to innovate mechanisms for civilizational symbiosis, supporting long-term coexistence through global cooperation.更多还原
