光固化型纳米杂化氟硅树脂的制备及其构筑封装用涂层的性能
Preparation of ultraviolet-curable nano-hybrid fluorosilicone resin and its performance as a coating for electronic packaging
【摘要】 [目的]制备一种可光固化的新型纳米杂化硅树脂,以符合电子封装的要求。[方法]以二甲基二甲氧基硅烷(DMDMS)、全氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷(FTS)、正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)为原料,通过水解缩合制得无色透明、可紫外光(UV)固化的液态含氟烷基硅树脂(FDTK-570)。将树脂涂覆于载玻片上,经由紫外光照后可得到防水涂层。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、耐冲击测试等手段对树脂及涂层进行表征。[结果]当TEOS添加量为30%(质量分数)时,涂层对水和食用油的接触角分别达到123.2°和66.7°,其可见光透光率超过80%,附着力为2级,耐酸碱性优异。[结论]在硅树脂中添加适量的正硅酸乙酯能显著提高其涂层的疏水疏油性能。
【Abstract】 [Objective] A novel photocurable silicone nano-hybrid resin was prepared for electronic packaging applications. [Method] A colorless, transparent, liquid, and photocurable fluoroalkyl-containing silicone resin coded as FDTK-570 was synthesized with dimethyldimethoxysilane(DMDMS), perfluorooctyltrimethoxysilane(FTS), tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS), and 3-methacryloxypropyltriethoxysilane(KH570) by hydrolysis and condensation, and then coated on glass slide, forming a waterproof coating after ultraviolet(UV) irradiation. The resin and its coating were characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and impact testing. [Result] The coating prepared with 30%(mass fraction) of TEOS had a contact angle of 123.2° to water and 66.7°to edible oil, with a visible light transmittance exceeding 80%, adhesion of Grade 2, and good resistance to acid and alkali.[Conclusion] The hydrophobicity and oleophobicity of the silicone resin can be greatly improved by adding an appropriate amount of TEOS.
