新型低相对曲率非圆齿轮的接触应力分析

【摘要】 为计算新型非圆齿轮的接触应力,借助齿廓啮合原理,建立新型低相对曲率非圆齿轮数学模型。先计算相对曲率和齿间载荷分配系数,再根据赫兹接触理论对齿面的接触应力进行计算,分析相对曲率变化对非圆齿轮齿面接触应力的影响。结果表明,在相同设计参数下,新型非圆齿轮的齿根厚度均大于渐开线齿轮,且在合理范围内可选取较低的相对曲率;新型非圆齿轮的齿面接触应力较渐开线齿轮更小,接触应力分布更加均匀,新型非固齿轮所对应的极径越小其接触应力越大。

【Abstract】 In order to calculate the contact stress of the new non-circular gears, a mathematical model of the non-circular gear with low relative curvature was established based on the tooth profile meshing principle. First, the relative curvature and the load distribution coefficient between the teeth were calculated.Then the contact stress on the tooth surface was computed according to Hertzian contact theory, and the effects of the change in relative curvature on the tooth surface contact stress of non-circular gears were analyzed. The results show that under the same design parameters, the root thickness of the new gears is greater than that of involute gears, and a lower relative curvature within a reasonable range can be selected; the contact stress on the tooth surface is smaller than that of involute gears, and the distribution of contact stress is more uniform. Moreover, the smaller the extreme radius corresponding to the non-circular gear teeth, the greater the contact stress.
