【摘要】 日本是全球最先进入老龄化社会的国家之一，在应对老龄化和发展银发经济方面具有先行经验。在中国老龄化程度日益加深的趋势下，日本的先行经验对中国发展银发经济具有重要借鉴意义。通过梳理日本和中国的银发经济发展阶段、特点，对两国银发经济的发展历程进行多维度对比分析，得出经验并由此提出推动中国银发经济高质量发展的建议：建立银发经济相关产业产值测算体系与详实数据库；注重科技赋能，鼓励人才培养；平衡代际间资源分配，保障公平；缩小城乡差距，推进特色养老服务；促进银发文旅、娱乐行业发展，注重老年人精神关怀；以人为本，注重品质与体验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Japan is one of the world’s first countries to enter an aging society and it has accumulated pioneering experience in addressing population aging and fostering the silver economy. Under the trend of increasingly aging population in China, Japan’s experience offers significant reference for the development of China’s silver economy. Therefore, this paper systematically reviews the stages and characteristics of the development for the silver economy in Japan and China. Through a multi-dimensional comparative analysis of the evolution of the silver economy in both countries, it concludes the inspirations that China can draw from Japan’s experience. Based on this, the paper puts forward suggestions for promoting the high-quality development of China’s silver economy: establish a measurement system for the output value of industries related to the silver economy and a comprehensive database; focus on technology energization and encourage talent cultivation; balance inter-generational resource allocation to ensure fairness; narrow the urban-rural gap and promote distinctive elderly care services;facilitate the development of gray-haired cultural and tourism and entertainment industries, while giving particular attention to the spiritual well-being of the elderly; and be committed to the people-centered approach focusing on quality and experience.更多还原
