【摘要】 新质教育力是由教育者、教育资料、教育对象及其优化组合催生的先进教育力。新质教育力聚焦适应新质生产力的新型人才供给效率提升，具有新科技、高智能、高质量等特征。教师是新质教育力的关键转化器、最先破冰者和最终实践者。发展新质教育力需要打造一支与之匹配的新质教师队伍，必须立足于教育强国战略目标、依托科技手段优化教师资源配置，促进教师劳动的智能化转型。新质教师队伍建设仍面临教师资源配置效率不高、人与技术的融合程度有限以及教师发展内在动力不足等现实挑战。应通过发展以数据为基础的教师资源配置技术、开拓以融合为导向的人机协同教育模式、打造以教育家精神为引领的专业发展路径等手段促进教师队伍建设与新质教育力发展相适应。更多还原

【Abstract】 New Quality Education Capability is an advanced Education Capability generated by the optimization combination of teachers, educational materials, educational objects, and their optimization.It focuses on improving the supply efficiency of new talents that adapt to new quality productivity, with the core of talent cultivation, featuring new technology, high intelligence, and high quality.Teachers are important converters, pioneers, and ultimate practitioners of new quality education.To develop new quality education, it is necessary to build a matching team of new quality teachers, based on the strategic goal of building a strong education country, relying on technological means to optimize teacher resource allocation, and promote the intelligent transformation of teacher labor.The construction of a new quality teacher team is still faced with many practical challenges, manifested in the low efficiency of teacher resource allocation, limited integration of people and technology, and insufficient internal motivation for teacher development.In the future, we should develope data-based teacher resource allocation technology, explore a human-machine collaborative education model guided by integration, and create a professional development path guided by the spirit of educators to further promote the construction of the teacher team and adapt to the development of new quality education.更多还原
