技术环境变迁与档案原始记录形成驱动机制关系探析

【摘要】 档案原始记录的形成及其资源形态的演化受到相应时代技术发展的影响,研究技术环境变迁是理解原始记录上游形成环境与形成驱动机制的关键。技术环境变迁呈现出明显的代际划分特征,具体表现为计算技术迭代、科学驱动力量改变和研究范式演化三方面内容。与之对应,档案对象与技术的依赖关系日益加强,原始记录形成环境经历了模数转换、数据转型、知识生产、人工智能四次典型技术变迁。综合原始记录形成的内在业务逻辑和外在技术变迁动力,得出不同技术环境下原始记录形成的驱动机制,即流程驱动、数字驱动、数据驱动、关联驱动和智能驱动。探讨技术环境变迁与档案原始记录形成驱动机制之间的关系,有助于揭示档案原始记录在不同技术环境中生成方式和管理重点,为档案资源管理提供更为坚实的理论支撑和实践指导。

【Abstract】 The formation of original archival documentation and the evolution of their resource forms are influenced by the technological advancements of their respective eras. Studying the shifts in technological environments is key to understanding the upstream context of original documentation creation and the driving mechanisms behind it. These shifts exhibit clear generational characteristics, specifically reflected in the iterations of computing technology, changes in scientific driving forces, and the evolution of research paradigms. Correspondingly, the dependency between archival objects and technology has grown stronger, with the environment for original documentation creation undergoing four typical technological transformations: analog-to-digital conversion, data transformation, knowledge production, and artificial intelligence. By integrating the intrinsic business logic of original documentation formation with the external driving forces of technological change, five driving mechanisms for original documentation creation in different technological environments emerge: process-driven, digital-driven, data-driven, association-driven, and intelligence-driven mechanisms. Exploring the relationship between technological environmental shifts and the driving mechanisms of original documentation formation helps uncover the methods of resource generation and management priorities under varying technological contexts, providing a solid theoretical foundation and practical guidance for archival resources management.
