【摘要】 AIGC的快速发展给档案馆智慧服务带来新的机遇和挑战。在馆位职责、技术变革以及时代要求三者共同构筑的发展语境下，阐释AIGC赋能档案馆智慧服务的现实逻辑。从算据、算法、算力底层基础出发，分析赋能的作用原理，发掘AIGC与档案馆智慧服务在数据处理、信息组织与知识服务三方面存在的价值耦合，进而赋能具体的应用场景，即融合化资源建设的组织场景、智慧化互动咨询的体验场景和专业化知识生产的内容场景。回顾现实应用，深入分析AIGC赋能在数据安全、内容质量以及服务质效上面临的挑战，提出完善规范化法制，加强协同化规制以及打造合理化建制的对策，为数智环境下档案馆智慧服务的实现与持续发展提供新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of AIGC(Artificial Intelligence Generated Content) brings new opportun-ities and challenges to the intelligent service of archives. Within the developmental context jointly constructed by archival responsibilities, technological transformations, and the demands of the times, this paper elucidates the practical logic of AIGC empowering intelligent service of archives. Starting from the foundational elements of data, algorithms, and computing power, it analyzes the operational principles of empowerment and explores the value alignment between AIGC and intelligent services of archives in three areas: data processing, information organization, and knowledge services. This empowerment is then applied to specific scenarios, namely the organizational scenario of integrated resource construction, the experiential scenario of intelligent interactive consultation, and the content scenario of professional knowledge production. Reflecting on real-world applications, the paper takes a deep dive into the challenges faced by AIGC empowerment in terms of data security, content quality, and service effectiveness. It proposes countermeasures such as improving standardized legal frameworks, strengthening collaborative regulations, and establishing rational institutional structures, thereby providing new insights for the realization and sustainable development of intelligent services of archives in a digital and intelligent environment.更多还原
