【摘要】 档案数据是促进新质生产力发展的优质生产要素，新质生产力发展激发了档案数据要素的价值潜能。文章基于二者相辅相成的内在关联，从助推新技术突破、优化配置劳动对象和助力新业态产生三个角度论述了档案数据要素赋能新质生产力的逻辑内涵。文章借鉴国家数据局等部门发布的48个“数据要素×”典型案例，总结档案数据要素赋能新质生产力发展的着力点，提出档案数据要素赋能新质生产力发展应转变档案数据要素供给策略，提供高附加值档案数据产品和服务；拓展档案数据要素应用场景，催发档案管理实践新模式；孕育档案数据要素增值空间，推进档案数据市场化供给。更多还原

【Abstract】 Archival data is a high-quality production factor for the development of new quality productive forces, which have stimulated the value potential of archival data factors. The paper discusses the logical connotation of empowering new quality productive forces with archival data factors from three perspectives: promoting breakthroughs in new technologies, optimizing the allocation of subjects of labor, and supporting the emergence of new business models. Based on the 48 typical cases of "data factors ×" published by the National Data Administration and other authorities, the paper summarizes the focus of the development of archival data factors to empower new quality productive forces and proposes that archival institutions should transform the supply strategy of archival data factors and provide high value-added archival data products and services, expand the application scenarios of archival data factors and promote new models of archival management practices, and nurture the value-added space and promote the market-oriented supply of archival data.更多还原
