中国智能制造业产业链韧性测度及其时空分异特征——基于2017—2023年智能制造业上市公司数据
Resilience Measurement and Spatiotemporal Differentiation Characteristics of Chinese Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Chain:Based on the Data from Listed Companies in Intelligent Manufacturing Industry from 2017 to 2023
【摘要】 依据国家政策文件将智能制造业产业链划分为9条子产业链,基于2017—2023年中国智能制造业上市公司数据,将时间加权向量引入动态组合赋权-TOPSIS法中,构建了智能制造业产业链韧性测度模型,并利用Kernel密度估计与Dagum基尼系数分解法分析其空间差异与演变规律。结果表明:(1)中国智能制造业产业链韧性总体呈上升趋势,其中轨道交通装备、下一代信息网络以及电子核心产业链的韧性较强,而互联网与云计算大数据服务与航空装备产业链的韧性较弱。(2)东部地区的产业链韧性表现相对均衡,无明显多层次分化;而中部与西部地区则表现出显著的多层次分化,区域内各省份间差异较大。(3)产业链韧性的区域间与区域内差距均呈现出先增后减的“倒U”型变化趋势,在疫情时期,韧性水平出现较大波动。未来应围绕关键核心技术协同攻关、跨区域智能制造业产业链协同发展、产业链断链应急保障体系建设三个着力点,形成作用合力,加速智能制造业产业链韧性提升。
【Abstract】 This study divided the intelligent manufacturing industry chain into 9 sub industry chains based on national policy documents.Based on the data from listed companies in Chinese intelligent manufacturing from 2017 to 2023,a time weighted vector was introduced into the dynamic combination weighting TOPSIS method to construct a resilience measurement model for the intelligent manufacturing industry chain.Kernel density estimation and Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition method were used to analyze its spatial differences and evolution patterns.The results show that:(1) The resilience of the industrial chain of Chinese intelligent manufacturing industry is generally on the rise,among which the resilience of rail transit equipment,next-generation information network and electronic core industrial chain is strong,while the resilience of the Internet and cloud computing big data services and aviation equipment industrial chain is weak.(2) The resilience of the industrial chain in the eastern region is relatively balanced,with no obvious multi-level differentiation;the central and western regions show significant multi-level differentiation,with significant differences between provinces within the region.(3) The gap in the resilience of industrial chains between regions and within regions shows an inverted U-shaped trend of first increasing and then decreasing.During the epidemic period,there were significant fluctuations in the level of resilience.In the future,we should focus on three key areas:collaborative research and development of key core technologies,coordinated development of cross regional intelligent manufacturing industry chains,and construction of emergency support systems for industrial chain disruptions,to form a joint force and accelerate the resilience improvement of the intelligent manufacturing industry chain.
