精氨酸对锌合金阳极性能的影响

【摘要】 采用气体收集、线性扫描、接触角测量和恒流连放等方法,研究精氨酸对锌合金阳极电化学性能的影响。精氨酸可以降低锌粉析气速度、减少析气量,促进锌的正常溶解,减小锌的腐蚀电流,增大碱液对锌电极的润湿作用。在最佳添加量25 mmol/L下,与未添加精氨酸时相比:锌粉3 d总析气量为0.5 mL,减少50%;腐蚀电流由13.7 mA/dm~2减小到10.3 mA/dm~2;接触角由76.62°减小到57.04°;LR6电池500 mA恒流连放的实际放电容量提升2.9%。

【Abstract】 The effects of arginine on the electrochemical performance of zinc alloy anode are investigated by methods such as gas collecting, linear scanning, contact angle measurement and galvanostatic continuous discharge.The arginine can reduce the gas precipitation rate and gas precipitation volume of zinc powder, promote the normal dissolution of zinc, reduce the corrosion current of zinc, increase the wetting effect of alkaline solution on zinc electrodes.In the optimal additive amount 25 mmol/L,compared with that without addition of arginine, the total gas precipitation volume of the zinc powder in 3 d is 0.5 mL,which is reduced by 50%,the corrosion current decreases from 13.7 mA/dm~2 to 10.3 mA/dm~2,the contact angle is reduced from 76.62° to 57.04°,the actual discharge capacity of the LR6 battery is improved by 2.9% under the condition of 500 mA galvanostatic continuous discharge.
