废旧铅膏制备钛酸铅的技术研究

【摘要】 废铅膏是废旧铅酸电池的主要回收成分,其回收再利用是当今资源循环领域的热点。通过溶胶、凝胶、陈化和煅烧等多步处理,将废旧铅膏转化制成钛酸铅粉末。获得的最优制备条件为:乙酸铅-乙酸溶液初始浓度为1.5 mol/L,钛铅物质的量比1.25∶1.00,80℃下强烈搅拌,反应2 h;之后,静置陈化时间为18 h,凝胶煅烧温度为450℃,煅烧时间为3 h。最优条件下,废旧铅膏中Pb的回收率最高达94.11%,PbTiO3的产率最高达94.04%。SEM和XRD分析表明:所制备的淡黄色颗粒物主要成分为钛酸铅。

【Abstract】 Waste lead paste is the main recycling component of spent lead-acid battery, its reuse is a hotspot in the field of resource recycling today.Lead titanate is prepared through multi-step treatments of sol, gel, aging and calcination from waste lead paste.The optimal preparation conditions are obtained as follow: the initial concentration of lead acetate-acetic acid solution is 1.5 mol/L,the molar ratio of titanium-lead is 1.25∶1.00,strong stirring at 80 ℃,reacted time is 2 h.Aging time is 18 h, calcined temperature is 450 ℃,calcined time is 3 h.Under the optimal conditions, the recovery rate of Pb in waste lead paste is high to 94.11%,the yield of PbTiO3 is high to 94.04%.SEM and XRD analyses show that lead titanate is the main componence in yellowish particles.
