【摘要】 职业教育的高质量发展需要构建科学、有效的教学质量保障体系。教学档案袋作为起源于国外、强调过程性证据与反思性实践的教学评价与专业发展工具，在教学质量控制中具有重要价值。通过对教学档案袋的理论基础与核心内涵进行分析发现，教学档案袋能够从完善教学评价体系、促进教师专业能力发展、激励教师教学投入与创新、构建教学质量可持续保障机制等维度赋能教学质量控制。针对当前教学档案袋在职业院校实施过程中面临的定位偏差、内容脱节、技术滞后、理念不足等现实挑战，提出了教学档案袋系统化设计策略，为各类院校有效推行教学档案袋制度、提升教学质量提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The high-quality development of vocational education requires the construction of a scientific and effective teaching quality assurance system. As a tool for teaching evaluation and professional development that originated abroad and emphasizes process evidence and reflective practice, the teaching portfolio is of great value in teaching quality control. Through the analysis of the theoretical foundation and core essence of teaching portfolio, it is found that the teaching portfolio can enhance teaching quality control from multiple dimensions of improving teaching evaluation system, promoting the development of teachers′ professional competencies, stimulating teachers′ teaching engagement and innovation, and establishing a sustainable mechanism for teaching quality assurance. Aiming at practical challenges faced by vocational institutions in implementing teaching portfolios such as misaligned positioning, disconnection in content, technological lag, and insufficient conceptual understanding, this paper proposes systematic design strategies for teaching portfolios, which provides reference for various colleges and universities to effectively implement the teaching portfolio system and improve teaching quality.更多还原
