【摘要】 变应性鼻炎是临床常见病、多发病，近年来其患病率显著增加，已成为主要的呼吸道慢性炎性疾病之一。视其主因，李飞教授认为变应性鼻炎多由内、外之邪所乘而致鼻、脑拘挛不能宣畅，邪气反复侵入，旧病新邪胶着，发为本病。病机关键是清窍壅塞，经络滞碍。基于《标幽赋》“短长水也，决凝开滞”的学术思想，主张治以疏经导滞，通鼻醒脑，开窍清神，并在临床上创新“通阙利窍”之法，灸以通鼻，针以醒脑，通鼻取穴印堂、迎香，醒脑取穴太阳、脑空、乘灵、风池、完骨、头窍阴、脑户。注重用针之微，强调以针灸并用为核心，针法重通为关键，针感传导为要点，深入病所，克邪复正。更多还原
