【摘要】 以广安门医院综合科1例老年代谢综合征合并血管并发症患者为例，邀请仝小林院士进行教学查房，对老年代谢综合征合并血管并发症的中医辨治思路、疾病发展、诊疗要点进行阐述。仝院士在查房过程中强调认识老年脾瘅患者的病机特点，以及代谢综合征合并大血管、微血管并发症的早期识别的重要性，把握疾病发展的不同趋势，注重脉络并治，并注意顾护脾肾。应用态靶辨治体系指导代谢综合征合并血管并发症的治疗，提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking a case of elderly patients with metabolic syndrome complicated with vascular complications in the general Department of Guang’anmen Hospital as an example,Academician Tong Xiaolin is invited to conduct a teaching ward round to expound on traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation ideas,disease development,and key points of diagnosis and treatment for elderly patients with metabolic syndrome complicated with vascular complications.Academician Tong emphasizes that the pathogenesis characteristics of elderly patients with Pidan,as well as the early identification of metabolic syndrome combined with macrovascular and microvascular complications.He pointes out that emphasis should be placed on grasping the different trends of disease development,paying attention to treatment of meridians and collateral vessels,and the protection of the spleen and kidneys.The application of state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation system can guide the treatment of metabolic syndrome combined with vascular complications and improve clinical efficacy.更多还原
