【摘要】 高尿酸血症成为继三高后严重威胁人类身体健康的慢性疾病。该种疾病以血尿酸升高为主要临床特征，不仅是痛风的早期阶段，如尿酸过高未及时采取有效的治疗措施，可发展为痛风性关节炎，累及机体多个器官组织，引发严重的心脑血管疾病。西医治疗此类疾病可取得显著效果，但存在一定副作用，导致患者难以长期坚持用药。中医治疗高尿酸症有着丰富的临床经验，治疗效果显著且安全性有保障，弥补了西药治疗的不足。现总结近3年来的文献资料，对中医治疗高尿酸血症研究进展进行系统综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hyperuricemia has become a chronic disease that seriously threatens human health after elevated levels of blood lipids,blood sugar,and blood pressure.This disease is mainly characterized by elevated blood uric acid levels.It is not only in the early stages of gout,but if effective treatment measures are not taken in a timely manner,it can also develop into gouty arthritis,which can involve multiple organs and tissues of the body and cause serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Western medicine can achieve significant therapeutic effects in treating such diseases,but there are certain side effects,which makes it difficult for patients to adhere to taking drugs for a long time.Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has rich clinical experience in treating hyperuricemia,with significant therapeutic effect and guaranteed safety,which makes up for the deficiency of Western medicine treatment.This paper summarizes the literature data in recent three years,and systematically reviews the research progress of treating hyperuricemia with traditional Chinese medicine.更多还原
