【摘要】 基于2019—2023年52家国内物流上市公司数据，采用DEA（数据包络分析）-BCC(Banker-Charnes-Cooper)模型测度经营效率，通过Tobit回归模型分析ESG（环境、社会和治理）表现的作用机制。结果表明：ESG表现显著正向影响经营效率，市场势力、资本密集度和人均创利亦具有促进作用；良好的ESG实践通过优化资源配置和提升可持续发展能力，可推动物流企业效率提升。建议企业深化ESG管理转型，强化政策对接与人才创新机制，以实现高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The impact of ESG(environmental,social,and governance)performance on the operational efficiency of listed logistics enterprises was examined.Using data from 52 Chinese logistics companies(2019—2023),efficiency was measured via the DEA(data envelopment analysis)-BCC(Banker-Charnes-Cooper)model and mechanisms were analyzed through Tobit regression.Results indicate that ESG performance significantly enhances efficiency,with market power,capital intensity,and profit per employee also showing positive effects.Good ESG practices improve efficiency by optimizing resource allocation and fostering sustainable development.Recommendations include deepening ESG transformation,leveraging policy incentives,and innovating talent mechanisms to achieve high-quality growth.更多还原
