【摘要】 随着跨境电商的快速发展，海外仓选址问题成为影响物流效率和企业成本控制的关键因素。针对物流成本与区域订单覆盖率之间的多重目标冲突，提出基于NSGA-Ⅱ(多目标优化算法)的海外仓选址优化模型。该模型通过考虑多方面的宏观与微观因素，结合实际应用中的物流成本、时效性要求以及市场需求，设计考虑物流成本与区域订单覆盖率的多目标优化框架。通过与传统单目标模型及两阶段启发式算法的对比，结果表明，模型在降低物流成本的同时，能够显著提高订单覆盖率，并且优化效果具有更好的稳定性和适应性。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, the issue of overseas warehouse location has become a key factor affecting logistics efficiency and enterprise cost control. An overseas warehouse location optimization model based on the NSGA-Ⅱ(nondominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ) is proposed to address the multiple objective conflicts between logistics costs and regional order coverage. This model considers various macro and micro factors, combined with logistics costs, timeliness requirements, and market demand in practical applications, to design a multi-objective optimization framework that considers logistics costs and regional order coverage. By comparing with traditional single objective models and two-stage heuristic algorithms, the experimental results show that our model can significantly improve order coverage while reducing logistics costs, and the optimization effect has better stability and adaptability.更多还原
