火电厂脱硫废水氯离子在线检测装置研究及应用
Application of On-line Detection Devices for Chloride Ions in Desulfurization Wastewater of Thermal Power Plants
【摘要】 氯离子含量是火电厂脱硫系统智能运行控制的关键指标。基于对脱硫废水预处理工艺和氯离子检测方法比对研究,开发了一套流动注射与分光度法耦合联用的连续在线检测装置。该在线检测装置测试标准溶液工作曲线回归系数大于0.99,相对偏差低于±2%,相对标准偏差低于3%。现场工业应用试验结果表明,该脱硫废水氯离子在线检测装置的最优预沉淀时间为20min,最优稀释倍数为20倍,与实验室测量结果相比相对误差低于±3%,能够实现连续准确运行。
【Abstract】 The chloride ion content is a key indicator for the operation control of the desulfurization system in thermal power plants.Through comparative analysis of the research on the pretreatment process of desulfurization wastewater and chloride ion detection methods,a set of detection devices combining flow injection and spectrophotometry was developed,which realized the functions of continuous sampling and automatic dilution and determines the detection process and steps.Laboratory experiments indicate that the regression coefficient of the working curve of the test standard solution is greater than 0.99,the relative deviation does not exceed ±2%,and the relative standard deviation does not exceed ±3%.On-site industrial application tests are carried out.Through comparative tests of different pre-sedimentation times and dilution ratios,the optimal pre-sedimentation time of 20minutes and the optimal dilution ratio of 20times are determined.The relative error compared with the laboratory measurement results is no more than ±3%.The results show that this detection device can achieve continuous and accurate on-line detection of chloride ions in desulfurization wastewater.
