煤矿巷道TBM随掘震电监测系统开发与试验
Development and Testing of the Seismic-electric Monitoring System Synchronized with TBM Tunneling Operations in Coal Mine Roadways
【摘要】 随着煤矿开采向深部发展,岩巷掘进的安全性和效率矛盾日益突出。针对煤矿岩巷掘进过程中的地质探测需求,提出一种隧道掘进机(TBM)随掘震电实时监测技术。通过系统架构构建、软件系统设计开发、装备研制等构建一套适用于煤矿岩巷环境的随掘震电监测系统。利用煤矿巷道随掘震电监测系统在谢桥煤矿1715A高抽巷进行巷道随掘震电监测,实时超前探测巷道前方破碎区域及高富水异常区,验证随掘震电双探技术对地下空间不良介质探测的可行性。实验结果表明,该技术能够有效识别掘进前方的断层、破碎带等不良地质条件,为煤矿岩巷的安全、高效掘进提供了技术支撑。
【Abstract】 With the development of coal mining towards deeper areas,the contradiction between safety and efficiency in rock tunnel excavation is becoming increasingly prominent.A real-time monitoring technology for TBM along with excavation vibration electricity was proposed to meet the geological exploration needs during coal mine rock tunnel excavation.A set of excavation seismic monitoring system suitable for coal mine rock tunnel environment was constructed through system architecture construction,software system design and development,equipment research,etc.The use of a coal mine roadway seismic monitoring system was carried out in the 1715Ahigh extraction roadway of Xieqiao Coal Mine to monitor the roadway seismic monitoring.Real time advanced detection of the fractured area and high water anomaly area in front of the roadway was carried out,verifying the feasibility of the double exploration technology for detecting poor media in underground space.The experimental results show that this technology can effectively identify adverse geological conditions such as faults and fractured zones ahead of excavation,providing technical support for safe and efficient excavation of coal mine rock tunnels.
