柴油机颗粒捕集器流场均匀性仿真研究
Simulation study of flow field uniformity of diesel particulate filter
【摘要】 为探究柴油机颗粒捕集器(DPF)流场均匀性影响因素及影响效果,运用三维建模软件CAD构建DPF的三维模型,将其导入Fluent软件中并设置相关参数,监测载体进口端面均匀性指数,对排气流速、进口扩张角、载体与排气管的直径比,以及载体长度等影响流场均匀性的因素进行分析。结果表明:对DPF流场均匀性影响较大的因素有排气流速、进口扩张角和载体与排气管的直径比,载体长度对流场均匀性的影响较小;载体进口端面流体的速度呈现从中心向壁面先增大后减小的趋势;排气流速越小、进口扩张角越小、载体与排气管的直径比越小、载体长度越长,流场均匀性越好。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the factors and effects affecting the flow field uniformity of diesel particulate filter(DPF), a three-dimensional model of DPF was constructed by using three-dimensional modeling software CAD, and the relevant parameters were introduced into Fluent software to monitor the uniformity index of the inlet end face of the carrier. The factors affecting the uniformity of the flow field, such as exhaust flow rate, inlet expansion angle, diameter ratio of carrier to exhaust pipe, and the length of carrier, were analyzed. The results show that the factors that have a great influence on the uniformity of the DPF flow field are exhaust flow rate, inlet expansion angle and diameter ratio of the carrier to the exhaust pipe, and the length of the carrier has little effect on the uniformity of the flow field. The velocity of the fluid at the inlet end of the carrier increases first and then decreases from the center to the wall. The smaller the exhaust velocity, the smaller the inlet expansion angle, the smaller the diameter ratio of the carrier to the exhaust pipe, and the longer the length of the carrier, the better the uniformity of the flow field.
