丛枝菌根真菌促进草坪草健康生长机制的研究进展

【摘要】 在自然界的长期演化过程中,丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)与众多陆地植物形成了互利互惠的共生关系,包括与多种草坪草形成共生网络。AMF作为一种天然的生物菌肥,具有环境友好、功能多样的特性,可为草坪建植与管理技术的提升提供新的策略,从而受到广泛关注。本文从营养元素吸收、根际环境塑造、逆境胁迫抗性、成坪效应以及影响共生的因素等5方面,对近年来国内外AMF与草坪草共生的相关研究进行了梳理与总结,并展望了未来研究的重点方向,以期为AMF在草坪建植与养护管理中的应用提供理论指导。

【Abstract】 Throughout the long course of natural evolution,arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF) have developed mutualistic symbiotic relationships with a diverse array of terrestrial plants,notably establishing intricate symbiotic networks with various turfgrass species. As a natural and environmentally friendly biological fertilizer,AMF has attractedsignificant attention due to its multifunctional roles and potential to enhance turfgrass establishment and management practices. Despite these advantages,a systematic and comprehensive synthesis of research on AMFturfgrass symbiosis remains limited. This review summarises recent advances in both domestic and international studies on the interactions between AMF and turfgrass from multiple perspectives,including nutrient uptake,rhizosphere modification,stress resistance,effects on turf establishment,and factors influencing symbiosis. Furthermore it highlights current knowledge gaps and future research directions,aiming to provide a theoretical foundation for the application of AMF in sustainable turfgrass establishment and maintenance.
