【摘要】 当前，船舶与海洋工程产业正在发生深刻变革，对复合型、创新型和实践型船海工程科技人才的紧迫需求与长轴的人才培养周期之间存在突出矛盾。为此，中国海洋大学—中集来福士集团海洋工程实践实训基地，通过校企合作建设“双师双能型”教师队伍、虚实结合且软硬互补的实践教学服务能力提升、“双教融合”实习（实训）课目探索3项举措，构建适应区域产业发展的产教、科教“双教深度融合”与“校企双元育人”实习实训模式，实现教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的有机衔接，解决船海专业紧迫的产业人才需求与长轴的人才培养周期之间的矛盾。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,the shipbuilding and marine engineering industry is undergoing profound changes,and there is a prominent contradiction between the urgent demand for composite,innovative,and practical shipbuilding and marine engineering technology talents and the long axis talent training cycle.To this end,the Ocean University of China CIMC Raffles Group Marine Engineering Practice and Training Base has taken three measures through school enterprise cooperation to build a "dual teacher and dual capability " teaching team,enhance practical teaching service capabilities through the combination of virtual and real,and complement software and hardware,and explore "dual education integration" internship(training) courses.It has constructed a "deep integration of industry,education,and science" and a "dual education between school and enterprise" internship and training model that adapts to regional industrial development,achieving an organic connection between the education chain,talent chain,industry chain,and innovation chain,and solving the contradiction between the urgent demand for industrial talents in the marine industry and the long axis talent training cycle.更多还原
