【摘要】 创新创业能力培养是高校创新创业教育的着力点，是高等教育高质量发展的重要路径。构建一个包含参赛动机、创新创业支持和创新创业能力的模型来探讨个人参赛动机和高校创新创业支持对创新创业能力的影响。研究结果表明，个人参赛动机(包括社会交往动机、自我表达动机及心理调节动机)正向影响创新创业能力；高校创新创业支持正向影响创新创业能力；高校创新创业支持会削弱自我表达动机对创新创业能力的正向影响。研究结果将为高校创新创业教育的实施、创新创业大赛的组织和管理等提供有效的理论指导和实践指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability is the focus of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities, and an important path for the high-quality development of higher education. By constructing a model that includes participation motivation, innovation and entrepreneurship support, and innovation and entrepreneurship ability, this study explores the impact of individual participation motivation and school innovation and entrepreneurship support on innovation and entrepreneurship ability. The research results indicate that competition motivation(including social interaction motivation, self-expression motivation, and psychological regulation motivation) has a positive impact on innovation and entrepreneurship ability; The support for innovation and entrepreneurship in universities has a positive impact on innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities; The support for innovation and entrepreneurship in universities will weaken the positive impact of self-expression motivation on innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
