碳纤维增强聚乙烯树脂胶合板的制备工艺研究
Study on the Preparation Process of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plywood
【摘要】 采用改性聚乙烯(PE)树脂胶膜为胶黏剂,制备碳纤维增强胶合板。通过正交试验法研究热压温度、改性聚乙烯(PE)树脂用量和碳纤维布面密度等工艺参数对碳纤维耐剥离力、板材静曲强度和冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,树脂用量是碳纤维耐剥离力最主要影响因素,碳纤维布面密度对静曲强度和冲击韧性影响最显著;优选出的碳纤维增强胶合板工艺为碳纤维布面密度260 g/m~2、热压温度150℃、树脂用量38.8 g/m~2,在此工艺条件下制备的碳纤维增强胶合板的碳纤维耐剥离力23 N/mm,静曲强度51.6 MPa,冲击韧性42.4 kJ/m~2。该研究为开发无甲醛、高性能木质复合材料提供了新思路,应用于室内承重型木结构具有较好的前景。
【Abstract】 This paper employs graft-modified polyethylene(PE) resin as an adhesive to prepare carbon fiber-reinforced plywood. Through orthogonal experimental design, the effects of process parameters such as hot pressing temperature, PE resin dosage, and carbon fiber areal density on carbon fiber peel strength, modulus of rupture, and impact tending of the plywood were investigated. The results indicated that resin dosage was the most significant factor affecting carbon fiber peel strength, while carbon fiber areal density had the most pronounced impact on modulus of rupture and impact tending. The optimized carbon fiber-reinforced plywood manufacturing process featured a carbon fiber content of 260 g/m~2, a hot-pressing temperature of 150 ℃, and a resin dosage of 38.8 g/m~2. Under these conditions, the carbon fiber reinforced plywood had a carbon fiber peel strength of 23 N/mm, a modulus of rupture of 51.6 MPa, and an impact tending of 42.4 kJ/m~2. This study provides new insights for the development of formaldehyde-free, high-performance wood composites, which show promising prospects for application in indoor load-bearing wood structures.
