装配式住宅部品多样性设计研究——以太原奈斯国际项目为例
Diversity Design of Prefabricated Residential Component:Taking Taiyuan Ness International Project as an Example
【摘要】 在装配式住宅蓬勃发展背景下,标准化与多样性始终存在着矛盾。通过调研住户对装配式住宅的满意度,明确部品多样性设计方向。在标准化和通用化基础上,运用模数协调和模块组合的设计方法,结合BIM创建部品模块库,与实际项目相结合,提出装配装修一体化住宅多样性设计策略,增强部品产业与住宅建造的链接度,既满足住户需求,又为装配式住宅提供多样性设计参考。
【Abstract】 In the context of the booming development of prefabricated residential buildings, there has always been a contradiction between standardization and diversity. By investigating residents’ satisfaction with prefabricated residential buildings, clarify the direction of component diversity design. On the basis of standardization and generalization, using the design methods of module coordination and module combination, combined with BIM to create a component module library, and combining it with actual projects, a diversity design strategy for integrated assembly and decoration residential buildings is proposed to enhance the connection between the component industry and residential construction. It not only meets the needs of residents, but also provides diversity design references for prefabricated residential buildings.
