【摘要】 超大城市轨道站域城中村为青年人群提供了职住空间，但其选择行为、空间特征与形成机理尚不明晰。本文综合利用地铁OD刷卡数据、百度慧眼、第七次全国人口普查、土地利用现状调查等多源数据，结合现场观察和调研，揭示了不同类型的轨道站域城中村中，不同背景青年人群的通勤行为和职住空间特征。并在理性选择理论视角下，深入解析了在城市职住空间结构、个体资本及效益偏好等因素共同作用下，其职住空间的形成机理。研究结论可为推进青年发展型城市建设及包容性的城中村更新提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban villages in metro stations areas of megacities provide job-housing spaces for the youth, but their choice behavior, spatial characteristics, and formation mechanisms remain unclear. Drawing on multi-source data including metro OD card swipe data, Baidu Huiyan, the seventh national population census, and land use survey data, combined with field observations and surveys, this study reveals the commuting behavior and job-housing spatial characteristics of youth from diverse backgrounds in various types of urban villages. Based on the theory of rational choice, this paper analyzes the formation mechanism of job-housing space, as shaped by factors such as the urban job-housing structure, individual capital, and interest preference. The conclusions can provide insights for youth development-oriented urban construction and inclusive urban village renewal planning.更多还原
