【摘要】 为响应国家新型基础测绘建设宁夏试点的总体部署，推动银川市基础测绘转型升级，以银川市地理实体为研究对象，开展软件系统研发、基础地理实体数据库建设、体系创新升级及标准规范编制等方面的系统性研究。通过构建地理实体空间信息平台，实现多源数据融合与统一管理，提升自然资源管理和智慧城市精细化决策支持能力。研究结果表明，该平台有效提升了地理信息数据的服务效能与管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 In response to the national pilot project for new basic surveying and mapping in Ningxia, and to promote the transformation and upgrading of basic surveying and mapping in Yinchuan, this study takes geographic entities in Yinchuan as the research object, and systematically explores software system development, basic geographic entity database construction, system innovation, and standard formulation. By building a geographic entity spatial information platform, multi-source data integration and unified management are achieved, enhancing the capabilities of natural resource management and smart city decision-making.
