【摘要】 城市边缘区乡村处于城市和乡村之间的过渡地带，面临着人口流失、土地征收、产业结构单一等风险与挑战，韧性理论对于探究城市边缘区乡村如何抵御和化解内外部扰动、可持续性发展有重要意义。构建合理的韧性认知框架是科学认知乡村韧性水平及潜在风险、定量评价空间分异规律研究的重要前提。根据城乡融合发展的内涵，针对城市边缘区乡村系统的风险特征，结合PSR韧性运行机制与韧性4R属性，从人口、土地、产业三个维度构建城乡融合视角下的城市边缘区乡村韧性评价体系。从风险治理、资源配置、规划设计等方面提出城乡融合视角下城市边缘区乡村韧性规划应对方法，以期为城市边缘区乡村韧性提升及空间优化提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The villages in the urban edge areas are located in the transition zone between the city and the countryside,facing risks and challenges such as population loss,land expropriation and single industrial structure.The resilience theory is of great significance to explore how the villages in the urban edge areas resist and resolve internal and external disturbances and sustainable development.Building a reasonable cognitive framework of resilience is an important prerequisite for scientific cognition of rural resilience level and potential risks,and quantitative evaluation of spatial differentiation law.According to the connotation of urban-rural integrated development,according to the risk characteristics of the rural system in the urban fringe areas,combined with the operation mechanism of PSR resilience and 4R resilience,the evaluation system of rural resilience in the urban fringe areas from the perspective of urban fringe areas is constructed from the three dimensions of population,land and industry.From the aspects of risk management,resource allocation,planning and design,the rural resilience planning methods in urban edge areas from the perspective of urban-rural integration,in order to provide scientific basis for the improvement and spatial optimization of rural resilience in urban edge areas.更多还原
