【摘要】 以20世纪初日本“都市美运动”为研究对象，梳理其审美意识与景观管理产生、发展的历史过程，以及东京、京都等地在城市景观管理方面的实践探索，同时探讨日本“都市美”对近代中国城市景观的理念传导和规划管理制度移植，包括“都市美”理念的解读，“美观”“风致”地区与建筑条例的引入等规划实践与制度探索。回顾城市景观管理的历史，可为当前我国“美丽城市”空间规划政策与景观管理机制建设提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on a review of the Civic Art Movement in early 20th century Japan,including the generation and development of its aesthetic consciousness and landscape management,as well as practical explorations in urban landscape management in Tokyo and Kyoto,this paper discusses its impact on urban landscape perception,management,and systems in modern China,covering the transmission of the Civic Art concept and the introduction of landscape zoning and building regulations,with the aim of providing references for China’s beautiful city planning and landscape management policies.更多还原
