【摘要】 城乡两大场域能否突破制度壁垒、构建面向共同富裕的社会经济循环，是当前中国转型发展的根基性命题。在此过程中，推动城乡要素双向自由流动有助于实现资源高效配置，是促进城乡融合共富的重要途径。在回溯我国城乡要素循环关系演变的基础上，对实践中普遍采用的以要素资本化驱动城乡融合的路径进行了分析，认为其在目标导向、影响效应与增益分配等方面存在多重困境。基于对共同富裕背景诱致的城乡要素互动全新逻辑的判断，提出了基于资本社会化理念的城乡融合与要素循环理论机制。结合浙江嘉兴“飞地抱团”的实践探索，具体剖析了该理念在要素运作转移、空间配置利用、增益分配共享等环节的路径创新，并就相应的空间规划与治理应对策略进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Whether China’s urban and rural domains can break through institutional barriers and establish a socio-economic circulation towards common prosperity is a fundamental issue in the country’s current transformation and development.In this process,promoting the bidirectional free flow of factors between urban and rural areas helps to achieve efficient allocation of resources and serves as an important way to enhance urban-rural integration and common prosperity.By tracing the historical evolution of factor circulation between urban and rural areas in China,this paper analyzes the commonly adopted approach of driving urban-rural integration through the capitalization of factors,and argues that this approach has encountered multiple challenges in terms of goal orientation,impact effects,and benefit distribution.Based on the judgment of the new logic of urban-rural factor interaction under the background of common prosperity,the paper proposes a theoretical mechanism for urban-rural integration and factor circulation grounded in the concept of capital socialization.Drawing on the practical exploration of the “enclave union” in Jiaxing,Zhejiang Province,the paper examines in detail the innovative practice of this concept in key aspects such as factor operation and transfer,spatial allocation and utilization,and benefit distribution and sharing,and further explores corresponding spatial planning and governance strategies.更多还原
