【摘要】 城市边缘区快速城市化伴随着土地利用方式变化、居住空间转换和生产生活方式转型，由此引发的生计脆弱性问题严重制约着边缘优势的激发和价值潜力的创造。基于对可持续生计活动一般规律和现实悖论的讨论，在剖析城市边缘区可持续生计困境成因的基础上，以抱龙村建设实践为例提出乡村就地城镇化的治理路径。研究认为，可持续生计目标的实现不仅需要政府、市场等介入主体的计划性调节，更需要核心主体村民的自发性调节和高质量参与，在规划实践中，通过从被动边缘到主动治理的范式转型、生计资本低冲击的体系化路径设计、扶持超越空间的村社多层级适应能力和“刚柔并济”的空间治理策略能促使生计活动与城镇化的“双向互促”,可为中国式城乡现代化语境下更加合理的城镇化路径建构提供经验借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid urbanization in urban fringe areas, accompanied by changes in land use patterns, transformation of residential spaces, and shifts in production and lifestyle modes, has led to livelihood vulnerability issues that severely constrain the stimulation of marginal advantages and the creation of value potential. Based on discussions about the general patterns and practical paradoxes of sustainable livelihood activities, this study analyzes the practical dilemmas of sustainable livelihoods and proposes proactive governance strategies for in-situ urbanization in rural areas of urban fringe regions, combining with the practice of Baolong Village′s localized urbanization. The research suggests that achieving sustainable livelihood objectives requires not only spontaneous and planned adjustments by intervening entities such as governments and markets, but more crucially demands high-quality participatory responses from villagers as core stakeholders. In planning practices, the realization of "two-way mutual promotion" between sustainable livelihoods and rural in-situ urbanization can be facilitated through: paradigm shift from passive marginalization to active governance, systematic pathway design for low-impact livelihood capital, multi-level community adaptive capacity enhancement beyond spatial support, and "flexible-rigorous" spatial governance strategies. These approaches can provide reference and empirical insights for constructing more rational urbanization pathways within the context of Chinese-style urban-rural modernization.更多还原
